1. Seller
These Terms & Conditions are between you and Review Reach LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company owned by Kasen Hannah, trading as Review Reach. By signing up or using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service
Review Reach provides tools that help small businesses request customer reviews via email, SMS, QR codes, and shareable links. We do not write reviews on behalf of customers or guarantee any specific review outcome.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, spam, fraud, harassment, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscription billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
Review Reach owns all rights to the service, software, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service according to your plan.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, fraud, or security risk. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free performance. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months, except where prohibited by law.
